INSTRUCTIONS:

Once a remote support appointment has been confirmed by LP Micropower over the phone or by email, please follow these simple 4 steps:

1) Click on the Download button above

2) Click on Run or Open

3) Click on Run again (if you get the security certificate warning)

4) DoubleClick on the appropriate “HELP DESK – Name” name in order to start the remote session request.



NOTE: Once accepted by the appropriate CompuQuest HELP DESK, this program will establish a connection and your desktop will become visible remotely for remote support performed in 15 min increments on your monthly service plan.
